Hi

In the link you provide "*Some useful tips and info* - there is a 'Main step by step guide to getting started.', however this is for another Oracle EF provider.

What is the difference between that provider and yours?

That one uses the Oracle DB access component that is written by MS and bundled in the .Net Framework which is now depricated (see this blog post) in .Net Framework 4.0. This one uses the Oracle DB access component written by Oracle.
